Vengeance.

 People said that love knew no boundaries. Is that why they were separated in the name of religion? People said that love could win over any force. Is that why they were denounced as traitors? 
People said that everything was fair in love and war. Little did they both know that it was war. Them both, against the brutality of world. Little did they both know, that were mistaking Purgatory for paradise. 
The world which never understood their love, the world which would never understand the reason why he took her life, and she took his. The world, which thought they were seeking vengeance against each other. Little the world know, that they were seeking vengeance against the world.

My solitaire glimmers in the dark, as we sit silently by the lake. My lips curl into a thankful smile, as your fingers brush against mine. You pull me into an embrace, as peace ripples within. Engulfed in the warmth of your love, my languid soul, now complete. The moon casts dancing shadows on your face, as my eyes glisten with tears. Reality is painful, is this a dream? Untamed thoughts, yet timid talks. Of blissful rainbows, and clear skies. Not of storms or hurricanes, raging furiously within. Not of the end of the forked road, but of the journey ahead. Whom are we trying to deceive? Is this what we'd vouched for? You were the dream I always dreamt. You were the reality I fantasized to face. You were the rhythm my heart beat to. You were the fresh air I wanted to breathe. And here you are now, a broken mirror. Your presence shattered like broken shards, in my seemingly languid life.

Perfect, yet imperfect: The Indian Education System.

With each passing year, the number of students appearing for class X or class XII exams is constantly increasing. And though many come out with flying colors, there is very little that they actually know about their subjects. There are not one, but several loopholes in our education system, which are somehow hidden. Each student has their own special capabilities, which if nourished well, become an asset for the student. But this isn't as easy as it sounds. Students are forced to study all the mainstream subjects until grade 10, with the objective that the student will be able to decide what he wants to pursue in future.
